Reitmans (Canada) Limited announces the appointment of Pierre Lavallée as Executive Vice-President
MONTREAL, Dec. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Prior to joining Reitmans, Mr. Lavallée
was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, a leading global business consulting
firm. He led the Canadian retail practice and worked with a number of North
American retail clients on strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
In more than 18 years at Bain, he worked with clients in a number of other
sectors including consumer products, health care, telecom, media and
technology and private equity. He was also the Managing Partner of Bain &
Company Canada from 2001 to 2004. Prior to Bain, Mr. Lavallée was a Trade
Commissioner for five years, including a posting at the Canadian Embassy in
Japan.
