Mavrix Fund Management Inc. Confirms TSX Delisting Dates
TORONTO, July 3 /CNW/ - Mavrix Fund Management Inc. (TSX: MVX) announced
today that in connection with the completion of the acquisition of all of its
outstanding common shares by 1796862 Ontario Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of
GrowthWorks Ltd., the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has confirmed that
Mavrix's common shares will be delisted from the TSX at the close on July 06,
2009 and its 8% convertible debentures due June 30, 2010 (the "Debentures")
will be delisted from the TSX at the close on July 10, 2009.As previously
announced, Mavrix has made an application to list the Debentures on the
Canadian National Stock Exchange and expects to announce shortly when trading
of the Debentures will commence on that exchange.
