Polo Biology Global Group Corporation Announces New Director, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

VANCOUVER, May 28 /CNW/ - Polo Biology Global Group Corporation ("Polo
Biology" or the "Company") announced today the appointment of Ming (Barry)
Sheng as its corporate secretary effective May 15, 2010 and Xiao Qin (Mary) Ma
as director and chief financial officer ("CFO") both effective June 1, 2010.
The change in positions was proposed and supported by management and the
board.
Ms. Ma is an experienced corporate executive having served Chinese
companies in a financial advisory capacity since 1998, and a current director
and corporate secretary of Symax Lift (Holding) Ltd. (TSXV:SYL). Ms. Ma has
been involved in various going public transactions in the Canadian capital
markets since 2007. Amongst other positions held by Ms. Ma, she was the
Financial Controller of Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc. (TSX:ZPP) from April
2005 to October 2007; Project Manager of Zongshen Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
from May 2004 to March 2005; Financial Controller of Chongqing Lear Changan
Interior Co., Ltd. from November 2003 to March 2004; and CFO of Chongqing
Skyman Industrial Group Co., Ltd. from September 1998 to October 2003. Ms. Ma
holds the Canadian Certified General Accountants designation, and is a member
of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom
and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in China.
Mr. Sheng is currently the President and CEO of MSJL Consulting and
Management Limited, a Canadian company that provides management, investor
relation and financial consulting services to Chinese companies listed on the
TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Sheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of British Columbia and is experienced with publicly listed
companies based in China.
In addition to his new role of corporate secretary, Mr. Sheng will retain
his investor relations responsibilities with the Company. Ms. Ma succeeds Mr.
Fodie who will step down as CFO of the Company on May 31, 2010. Following
these appointments, the Board of Directors will consist of six members being
Li (Polo) Wu, Qing (Paul) Wu, Jie (Miranda) Liu, Xiao Qing (Mary) Ma, Jeff
Zheng and John Morita, with Mr. Zheng and Mr. Morita being independent
directors.
